Banana Nut Smoothie

This hearty and healthy recipe makes a perfect breakfast.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal
- 3 bananas, peeled, broken into chunks
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups ice cubes (20 crescent shape)
- Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Cover and blend on AUTO SMOOTHIE setting or PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.
