Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:

Slow Cookers

  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups walnut or pecan halves


1.  Place sugar and butter in crock.
2.  Cover and cook on HIGH for 5-20 minutes until butter is melted.
3.  Stir in nuts.
4.  Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
5.  Carefully pour nut mixture onto parchment paper. Cool completely. Store in large zipper lock plastic bags or tins.

Serves: 36
