Chicken Mulligatawny

Products: Slow Cookers

Ingredients:

Yield: about 5 quarts
  • 4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 pkgs. (12 oz. each) frozen vegetables for soup or stew
  • 2 cans (10.5 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (20 oz.) apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons curry powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on preferred setting:
    • Low - 8 hours
    • High - 4 hours
