Citrus Marinade

Products:

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges (1 cup)
  • 1 lemon (1/3 cup)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

1. Juice oranges and lemon into carafe.
2. Add olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
3. Mix well to combine.
4. Marinate meat for 30 minutes; then cook.
