Mixers
  1. Where are the model and series numbers?
    The model and series numbers were stamped in the following areas:
    • On older stand mixers: remove the mixer from the stand, the model is on the underside of the mixer.
    • On hand mixers: the model and series numbers are on the the underside of the mixer. Some stand mixers: model and series numbers are on the bottom of the stand.
  2. Should I be able to hear the speeds change?
    Not necessarily. Usually you will not be able to hear the changes other than from low to high.

  3. Are the beaters stainless steel or chrome?
    The beaters are chrome-plated, and should be washed and dried immediately to prolong life.
