Hamilton Beach Fruit Smoothie with Heart for Single Serve Blender

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat flavored or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups frozen fruit – mixture of choice
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.*
  2. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.

*Always place liquid ingredients in blender first.

Serves:  2-4
