Hot Peppermint Mocha Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 18 Tablespoons ground coffee
  • water for 12 cups
  • 3/4 cup half ‘n half, warmed
  • 3/4 cup peppermint liqueur
  • 3/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • whipped cream, optional
  • 6 large candy canes, crushed, optional
  • 6 large candy canes, optional

 

Directions:

  1. Brew coffee.
  2. Place 2 Tablespoons half 'n half, 2 Tablespoons liqueur and 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup in each coffee mug.
  3. Pour 10 oz. coffee into each mug. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed candy cane. Garnish with whole candy cane.
