Pizza Crust for 1.5-lb. Loaf Breadmaker

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter OR vegetable oil
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions:

1. At the end of the Dough cycle, remove the dough from the breadmaker. Press and hold the START/STOP button for several seconds to end the cycle.

2. Place on floured counter and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

3. Shape into a 15- to 16-inch round pizza pan. Add favorite pizza ingredients.

4. Bake at 475 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.

Yield: Makes one 16-inch pizza crust
