Pound Cake and Fruit

  • 4 Tablespoons hazelnut spread or prepared frosting
  • 4 (½" thick slices) pound cake
  • 1 cup sliced fresh fruit, divided into four servings


  1. Preheat panini press.
  2. Spread 1 Tablespoon hazelnut spread or frosting on each pound cake slice; top with 1/4 cup fresh fruit.
  3. Place slices on panini press. Lower cover and lock to rest above fruit.
  4. Cook 1 to 2 minutes to warm.

Serves: 4
