Getting ready for Thanksgiving? Our 18 quart roaster ovens will accommodate turkeys up to 18 lbs. and our 22 quart roaster ovens will accommodate turkeys up to 24 lbs. Note: Large turkeys with very tall or deep chest cavities might have difficulty fitting under the buffet lid.
