Orange-Cranberry Brie with Pecans

Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:

Slow Cookers

  • 1lb Brie cheese, trimmed
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cups pecans, chopped


1.  Spray crock and place Brie in bottom.
2.  In a separate bowl, mix marmalade and cranberries together and pour over Brie.
3.  Cook on HIGH for 2 hour or until melted.
4.  Top with pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
