Our Little Sprouts
- 3 cups halved brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
- Pour 2/3 cup water into water reservoir and cover it. Assemble processing bowl and steaming basket. Place brussels sprouts in steaming basket.
- Steam until light turns off. Remove sprouts from steaming basket. Discard liquid.
- Remove steaming basket. Insert puree/chopping blade and place sprouts and cheese in bowl. Chop. Cool before serving.
- Refrigerate remaining mixture in storage containers.
Makes: 2 1/4 cups
