Blueberry Pie Smoothie
Course: Smoothies, Kid Friendly
- 1 cup blueberry juice
- 1 cup lowfat or nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup vanilla wafers
- Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Cover and blend on AUTO SMOOTHIE setting or PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Sprinkle with additional crushed vanilla wafers and fresh blueberries.
TEST KITCHEN TIP: Always place liquid ingredients in blender first.
