Cornbread for 1.5 lb. Loaf Breadmaker


 Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:  Breadmakers

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast
  • 2 8.5-ounce package corn muffin mix



1. All ingredients should be at room temperature.

2. Add all ingredients in the order suggested in the breadmaker instructions. (liquid, then dry ingredients, adding yeast last.)

3. Set crust color to Light and process on the Quick Bread cycle.  Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
