Yield: about 5 quarts
- 4 pounds (about 24 small) new red potatoes, unpeeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 envelope zesty Italian dressing mix
- Pour the oil in a plastic bag. Add the potatoes and shake to coat well.
- Add the salad dressing mix and shake well until all the potatoes are coated.
- Place potatoes into the crock and cook on preferred setting: Low - 8 hours, High - 4 hours
