Asian Spareribs

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 jar (27 oz.) duck sauce or sweet and sour sauce
  • 6 lbs. country-style pork spare ribs


  1. Dissolve cornstarch in teriyaki sauce. Add duck sauce and add to slow cooker. Stir well.
  2. Add the meat and stir well to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 8 hours until at least 160ºF.
Serves:  8-12
