Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:
- 2 bags cranberries
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- Fresh nutmeg
- 1 orange
- 1/4 cup orange liquor
1. Zest orange then cut in half and juice.
2. Add juice and zest to crock.
3. Pour in sugar and berries, grate about 1/4 nutmeg on top.
4. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 hours.
5. Cool completely
6. Stir in orange liquor
Great with Lamb or poultry or as a Turkey sandwich Spread
