Draw One from the South with a Sandy Bottom

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 Serving
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup strong coffee, chilled
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Irish Creme liqueur (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish only)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into stainless steel mixing cup.
  2. Process until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with whipped cream.
