Light Chocolate Cream Mousse

Ingredients:

Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:

Blender

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips, reserving 2 tablespoons
  • ¾ cup nonfat milk
  • 3 oz. fat free cream cheese, cubed

Directions:

  1. Place vanilla, sugar substitute and chocolate chips in blender jar.
  2. Heat milk to steaming.
  3. Pour milk into jar.  Blend for 15 seconds or until smooth.  
  4. Add cream cheese and blend for 10 seconds or until smooth.
  5. Pour into individual ramekins or dessert dishes; tap each dish on counter or table top to release any air bubbles.  Sprinkle with reserved chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serves:  4-6
