Peanut Butter and Banana Panini

Course:

Products: Panini & Sandwich Grills, Indoor Grills

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices (3/4-inch thick) banana bread
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced, divided into four servings

Directions:

  1. Preheat panini press.
  2. Place four slices of banana bread on panini press.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons peanut butter and banana slices.
  4. Lower top of panini press and lock cover to rest above fruit.
  5. Cook 1 to 2 minutes to warm fruit and banana bread.


Serves: 4
