Pound Cake and Fruit

Ingredients:

Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:
Panini Press Gourmet Sandwich Maker
  • 4 ½" thick slices pound cake
  • 4 tablespoons hazelnut spread or prepared frosting
  • 1 cup sliced fresh fruit, divided into four servings

Directions:

  1. Preheat panini press.
  2. Place four slices of pound cake on panini press.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon hazelnut spread or frosting and fresh fruit.
  4. Lower top of panini press and lock cover to rest above fruit.
  5. Cook 1 to 2 minutes to warm fruit and cake.

Serves: 4
