1. Cut London broil crosswise into thirds. Combine remaining ingredients.
2. Layer beef and sauce in crock. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or HIGH 4 hours. Remove beef and thinly slice. Reserve sauce.
3. Place beef slices on hoagie/sub buns. Spoon with extra sauce and top with sliced onion.
