Zesty New Potatoes


Yield: about 5 quarts
  • 4 pounds (about 24 small) new red potatoes, unpeeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 envelope zesty Italian dressing mix


  1. Pour the oil in a plastic bag. Add the potatoes and shake to coat well.
  2. Add the salad dressing mix and shake well until all the potatoes are coated.
  3. Place potatoes into the crock and cook on preferred setting: Low - 8 hours, High - 4 hours
