Quick Pizza


1 can (13.8 oz.) refrigerator pizza crust
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
24 slices pepperoni, if desired
8 green pepper rings, if desired
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced, if desired


  1. Preheat panini press.
  2. Open refrigerator pizza crust and cut into four oblong pieces.
  3. Place 1 piece of pizza crust onto panini press.
  4. Close panini press.
  5. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Open press and top crust with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and optional toppings.
  7. Lower top of panini press and lock hinge to rest above pizza.
  8. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
  9. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
