Ingredients
Yield: 3 cups batter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1&1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 egg
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, and baking powder. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the milk, oil, and egg.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Pour batter onto waffle baker.
