- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
- Place cream in deep container. Blend on speed 1 for 40 to 60 seconds.
- Add sugar and vanilla. Continue to blend until soft peaks form. Watch closely. It can be easily overbeaten.
