Yield: Juice drink recipes yield a single serving of 6 to 10 ounces. If sugar or honey is listed, add juice after juicing.
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/4 pineapple, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup lowfat yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes
Directions
  1. Juice orange and pineapple.
  2. Discard pulp.
  3. Place orange and pineapple juice and remaining ingredients into a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
