Orange-Blackberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/4 lemon with peel
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Juice orange. Discard orange pulp. Juice lemon and blackberries. In a bowl, combine orange juice, lemon and blackberry juice and pulp. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
