  • baking potatoes, scrubbed
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt
Directions
  1. Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Place in slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 ½ to 5 hours or LOW for 7 ½ to 8 hours depending on quantity of potatoes and size of slow cooker or until internal temperature reaches at least 210°F.
