  • 2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, well-drained
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Directions
  1. Mash black beans. Add hot pepper sauce, sour cream, salsa and half of the cheese. Spoon into shallow 1-quart casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  3. Bake at 350°F about 15 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
