French Toast Waffles

Yield: 4 to 6 slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 4 to 6 bread slices
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and salt.
  2. Dip two bread slices into egg mixture, turning to coat on both sides.
  3. Place both slices on to waffle grid. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 8 minutes.
