French Toast Waffles

Yield: 4 to 6 slices
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Cinnamon
- 4 to 6 bread slices
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and salt.
- Dip two bread slices into egg mixture, turning to coat on both sides.
- Place both slices on to waffle grid. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 8 minutes.
