Sour Apple Martini


  • 1 medium grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce grenadine


  1. Cut grapefruit and apple as needed to fit through the chute of the juice extractor.
  2. Juice the ingredients in the order listed.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 6 ounces of the juice mixture, vodka and grenedaine.
  4. Shake and pour into martini glasses.

Serves: 2

Test Kitchen Tip:  Add more grenadine if you would like the drink to be sweeter.
