Spicy Lemon Chicken

  • 12 chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper


  1. Mix marinade well in blender.
  2. Pour marinade over chicken thighs in a container and refrigerate for 24 hours. Turn chicken 2 to 3 times.
  3. Drain the marinade and grill on indoor grill at medium to high heat.

Serves: 6

Test Kitchen Tip: We recommend a non-metal dish for marinating. Most marinades contain acidic ingredients, such as vinegar or lemon juice, which react with metal causing off flavors and possibly damaging the container.
