- 4 medium tomatillos, husked and quartered
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1 small jalapeno, halved
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 sprigs cilantro
- Place ingredients in order listed in blender.
- Process on HIGH until blended.
- Garnish with additional cilantro and serve as a sauce or with tortilla chips.
