  • 1 cup cooked vegetables, soft fruit, or cooked meat
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup liquid (milk, fruit juice, water)


  1. Cut vegetables, fruit or meat into 1/2 inch cubes. Place into deep bowl.
  2. Add liquid. Blend on speed 2 for 15 seconds or until desired consistency.
