Banana Berry Smoothie


  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
  • 8 oz. vanilla or strawberry yogurt


  1. Place all ingredients in blender jar; cover.
  2. Pulse for 45 seconds or until desired consistency.
