Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Chia seeds (soaked)      
  • 3 cups  Coconut milk (thin)         
  • 2 Bananas                          
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Honey                    
  • 2 tbsp Assorted nuts
  • 1 large scoop Vanilla ice cream  

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and add them to the 1L jar. Add the rest of the ingredients and close the lid. Mount the jar and from the preset menu select blend and press start.  Blend it till everything becomes smooth. Remove and serve immediately.

Note - If using the manual mode, grind at high speed or approximately one minute to get the fine smoothie.
