Blueberry Pie Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberry juice
  • 1 cup lowfat or nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla wafers


  1. ​Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
  2. Cover and blend on AUTO SMOOTHIE setting or PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle with additional crushed vanilla wafers and fresh blueberries.

Serves: 4-6

TEST KITCHEN TIP: Always place liquid ingredients in blender first.
