Intern - Customer Business Development

Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. is a leading designer, marketer and distributor of small household and commercial appliances.  We are seeking candidates for an Intern opportunity to work in our Business Development Department at our headquarters office located in Innsbrook Corporate Park in Glen Allen, VA.  The Intern will work 12-20 hours weekly and will be assigned to multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic Requirements:

  • Candidates must have completed 3 years of a 4 year degree program in a Business related field; current enrollment in a MBA or Business related Master’s program preferred
  • Must have strong organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical abilities required which includes the ability to interpret sales trend and retail market data
  • Must have strong computer skills to include an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
