Cranberry Sauce/Topping

Ingredients

  • 2 bags cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • Fresh nutmeg
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup orange liquor

Directions

  1. Zest orange then cut in half and juice. Add juice and zest to crock.
  2. Pour in sugar and berries, grate about 1/4 nutmeg on top.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 hours.
  4. Cool completely. Stir in orange liquor.

Test Kitchen Tip: Great with lamb or poultry or as a turkey sandwich Spread.
