We are seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Business Development Analyst opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia.  The Customer Business Development (CBD) Department acts as the bridge between Marketing and Sales.  The Analyst will provide support to the CBD team by developing and analyzing various data sources critical to setting strategic direction of business strategies.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate with internal groups and outside vendors to manage the development and implementation of point of sale display and merchandising units
  • Support CBD category review process by gathering and analyzing data from various databases and internal resources
  • Manage exclusivity and channel distribution with internal functional groups
  • Prepare documentation related to quarterly updates and special projects including Ecommerce pricing
  • Provide Business Development Managers with ad hoc analysis and analytical support

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proven ability to understand, set, and change priorities to reflect customer requirements 
  • Demonstrated excellent computer skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
