Digital Marketing Channel Manager

Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. is a leading designer, marketer, and distributor of small household and commercial appliances.  We are seeking qualified candidates for a Digital Marketing Channel Manager opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia.  The Digital Marketing Channel Manager will implement digital marketing channel and campaign strategy that attracts consumers to our brand websites, digital/social channels, retailer sales channels, promotes awareness, consideration, and sales of branded products and services.

Responsibilities of the position include: 

  • Develops and implements integrated digital marketing channel and media plans for multiple consumer brands to support business objectives by expanding brand reach, traffic to, and consumer interaction on digital channels
  • Reviews, maintains and monitors digital marketing channel experience and campaign performance
  • Optimize media spend to maximize traffic, consumer interaction, and return on ad spend
  • Assess and identify new/emerging digital marketing channels and media partners that improve consumer reach, interaction, engagement, experience, and accelerate digital marketing channel and media performance

Requirements of the position include: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years digital marketing channel and campaign management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing people and budgets
  • Demonstrated knowledge driving business results through effective digital and social media campaigns
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising programs/principles including goal and KPI setting, ROAS/ACoS results reporting, SEO, SEM, programmatic, display, retargeting and social media advertising
  • Experience with current and emerging digital marketing channel relationships to the ever increasing and dynamic consumer paths to purchase
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with digital and social media analytics, insights, CMS and other marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes

The following are not required, but are considered a plus:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum project management principles
  • Familiarity with web design, user experience design, systems integration, and ADA compliance design principles
  • Google Analytics and HubSpot Certified

The successful candidate will have proven ability to support multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous priorities.  He or she must be a dedicated, creative, results driven self-starter with a strong work ethic and must have demonstrated the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
