Moist Devil's Food Cake for 1.5-lb. Loaf Breadmaker

Ingredients

  • 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter or vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 18-ounce package Devil’s Food cake mix

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
  2. Choose Cycle 4 for Quick Bread, and light for crust color. Press Start. When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
  3. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
