We are seeking qualified candidates for an Office Services Specialist opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia.  The Office Services Specialist is responsible for delivering customer service in an efficient and customer-focused manner.

Responsibilities of the position include: 

  • Assist with mail room operations as assigned to include: pickup and delivery of mail, packages and reports; as well as receiving, recording, and delivering incoming materials
  • Pack outgoing packages
  • Assemble/dis-assemble modular work stations
  • Provide maintenance support
  • Assist with building security
  • Movement of furniture and office equipment
  • Assist with fire and safety inspections

Requirements of the position include: 

  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • 1 year of experience in a mail room or office services environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Computer literacy with MS Office, Excel experience required
  • A valid Virginia Driver’s License is required
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds daily and 50 pounds regularly

The successful candidate will be a positive, motivated, customer focused people person who has excellent time management skills.  Many of the tasks requested are spur of the moment, need to be tackled immediately and, therefore, this person must also be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
