Mango Pineapple Salsa


  • ​2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mango
  • ½ cup chopped red pepper
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  1. ​Stir pineapple, orange, mango, red pepper, pineapple juice, cilantro, onion, cider vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
