Cucumber Melon Cooler


  • 3/4 cup ice cubes (about 7 crescent shape)
  • 3/4 cup cantaloupe pieces
  • 1/2 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  1. Place ingredients in jar in order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
