Moist Devil's Food Cake for 1.5-lb. Loaf Breadmaker

Ingredients:

 Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:  Breadmakers

  • 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter or vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 18-ounce package Devil’s Food cake mix

Directions:

1. All ingredients should be at room temperature.

2. Add all ingredients in the order suggested in the breadmaker instructions. (liquid, then dry ingredients, adding yeast last.)

3. Set crust color to Light and process on the Quick Bread cycle.  Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing,
