Our Little Sprouts


  • 3 cups halved brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese


  1. Pour 2/3 cup water into water reservoir and cover it. Assemble processing bowl and steaming basket. Place brussels sprouts in steaming basket.
  2. Steam until light turns off. Remove sprouts from steaming basket. Discard liquid.
  3. Remove steaming basket. Insert puree/chopping blade and place sprouts and cheese in bowl. Chop. Cool before serving.
  4. Refrigerate remaining mixture in storage containers.

Makes: 2 1/4 cups
