Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. has an immediate opening for a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Sales Coordinator - LATAM role in our Miami, Florida sales office. The Sales Coordinator’s primary role will include forecasting assigned accounts, ensuring order flow, credit/collections, coop and sales analysis.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Fulfill all customer requests to keep the order and sales process running smoothly
  • Input and track orders to ensure the process is completed in a timely manner and address issues that arise
  • Maintain critical information customers may need such as current price lists, credit status, allowance report, pallet configurations, Proformas, CO’s and certifications
  • Set up new accounts
  • Assist with forecasting to ensure inventory is available and sales estimates are accurate
  • Clerical work to include; office supply orders, filing, answering phones, and maintaining office calendars and agendas

 Requirements for the position:

  • High School diploma required, some post high school education preferred
  • 1-3 years sales process experience with a consumer goods company operating within Latin America
  • Must be fluent in Spanish & English (reading, writing & speaking)
  • Experience interacting and presenting to LATAM customers
  • Knowledge of the sales forecasting process; exposure to forecasting software desirable
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills are required
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to use MS Office products
  • Familiarity with LATAM cultures is a plus
