Technical Services Representative – Southern Pines, North Carolina
Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., a leading designer, marketer, and distributor of small household and commercial appliances, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Technical Services Representative located in our Southern Pines, NC facility. The successful candidate will provide technical support and take orders for parts and products. This individual will also accurately and thoroughly document these communications. The major objective of this position is to provide prompt resolution to any questions or concerns our customers have regarding our products by answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
Excellent computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Customer service experience, preferably in a culinary, restaurant, food service or hospitality environment
Aptitude to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems over the phone or by e-mail
A work history that reflects an exemplary work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment
